Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I paid a legal services firm $950.00 to stop foreclosure, did nothing on my beha

I have recently found out that my house will be sold at auction on August 3rd 2004. The legal services firm did nothing to stop the foreclosure, just took my money. I went to the court house and there was no paperwork filed on my behalf regarding the foreclosure. I would like to know how I can at least get my money returned to me.

If you are entitled to recoup any of the $950 you will want to take the firm to small claims court. Call or visit the clerk of court for your local county court for forms and more information.
