Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

this past thursday i threw my hat at my highschool graduation. The school is now holding my diploma on the grounds that i was told not too. Can they legally do this or do they HAVE to give me my diploma?

I will be glad to open a file for you and eventually sue the school if they do not give the diploma you earned to you. The problem is that I do not work for free. I charge only $175 per hour, which is low nowadays, and take a retainer for up to and including 20 hours of my time. Perhaps if you wrote a letter of apology to the school, they would give your diploma to you. At least try to see what they want you to do to get it.
