I have Power of Attorney over my mothers affairs, can I rent out or sell my mothers home who is currently in a long term care nursing facility which is being paid for by her monthly social security income.

If the POA gives you that authority, you can.

It depends upon what the POA says. If it authorizes it, then yes. However, you may lose homestead and other benefits. So be careful.
