I put a deposit down on a condo. week later i read the condos rules. they were very restraining and i could not comply. how do i get my deposit back?

You have a 3 day right of rescission from the time you receive all condominium documents and the question and answer sheet. If you haven't received all of that, the 3 day clock hasn't started, and you can request your money back.

Also, if in the condominium contract it doesn't advise you of the 3 day right of rescission, then the clock doesn't start, and you can request your money back any time before closing.
