Quit Claim Deed

When quit claiming property in Broward County Florida to a person in another state (Alabama) can the signing by both parties be done out of state on Fl form notarized and then filed in Broward County?

A quit claim deed that transfers Broward County Real Estate can be executed outside the state as long as it is witnessed and notarized at the time it was signed. Only the party who is transferring the Florida property (transferor) is required to sign the deed.
