QuitClaim Deed

Two single women purchase a home together. The mortgage is in one woman's name. The deed to the home is in BOTH women's names. The woman with the mortgage wants to remove the other's name from the deed. Other woman has consented to have her name removed. What are their next steps?

Both execute a quitclaim deed to the one and have it recorded in the public records.
