Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

foreign owned real estate in FL?

Can I buy real estate (beach house)in Florida not being an American? If selling the estate later and making a profit how would I or would I be taxed since I am not to make $ in America as a non American? Do you know of any other laws or rules that I should know about when buy as a non American. Thank you very much!
