Quitclaim

I am a loan officer. I am trying to do a quitclaim deed to get my clients boyfriend on the title can I do this my self through a courthouse or do I need an attorney.

If you know what you are doing no lawyer is required. Obtain the form and have it executed by the record owner to the new owners.
