Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Quitclaim

My wife and I purchased a deeded timeshare in November 2003.

In May my wife died. I need directions to have her name removed from the deed. It is filed with Broward County Records.

Re: Quitclaim

The personal representative of her estate can sign a deed to you if you owned it as husband and wife, with right of survivorship.

Re: Quitclaim

Must handle her estate first. Where did she live at time of death? If Florida, I can handle for you. If another state/country, must begin there, and initiate ancillary proceedings here.

Contact my offices if you need my servives.
