Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

how to sell my property

I need to sell my vacant lot to this company of investors. Do I let them do all the papers/contracts or should I get an attorney. And if I get an attorney do I give him my Deed and the contract. I just want to be safe and have everything legal.What should I expect my Attorney to do for me?
