Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have signed a standard purchase agreement on the sale of my house. The job I was moving to fill has since fallen through. I have no clause in the agreement stating that I must get that job. I want to back out.

The closing is in a month.

You will have to review the remedies clause in your contract. Most state the non breaching party may sue for specific performance (sell of the home) and attorney's fees. Some also state the real estate agent will still be entitled to commission if sell is broken off by either party. For real estate issues you have to look at the terms of the agreement.
