Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Sold home to investor

In May 2006 I sold my home to a group of investors in my area. They advised me that they would pay off my house to keep it from going into foreclosure, and pay off the HELOC. On my credit report my mortgage loan is listed as a foreclosure and the mortgage company is calling about payment on the HELOC. Can I seek legal damages against this group now?

It is possible that he had become the victim of this fraud. In order to evaluate your case I would need to get the documents that you executed regarding this transaction. I would suggest that you e-mail me your phone number so that I could discuss with you the background of this matter before reviewing the documents in this case.
