Tenant is going bankrupt and cannot afford movers from leased office, what do we as the Landlord do with their accounting and other such sensitive files. Publicly held company.

They should be given a reasonable opportunity to remove their files themselves. Check chapter 83 of the Florida Statutes for more information on how to proceed if the premises has been abandoned. Regards,
