time share
We purchased a time share in May 2007. It really isnt what we expected. can we give it back or are we stuck with it till we resell it. Is the papers we signed considered a mortgage?

Without reading the docuemtns no one can answer properly. Generally, the developer will not take it back until paid. However, I have been successful is negotiating a return of deed.
