Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I own a timeshare property in Florida for over 20 years and can no longer keep it. None of these timeshares are selling, frankly I would just give it away. Can I just walk away from this? What would be the reprocussions? Would it affect my credit score? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

You can send them a quitclaim deed and see if they accept it. You might also contact the timeshare owner of the week before or week after and see if they have an interest.
