Transfering Timeshare Ownership

I wish to transfer title of several weeks of interval ownership to my grown children. All weeks are located in Florida. There are five weeks, & I wish to give one week to each of five children! What do I need to do?

You need to execute and record a Deed for eachof the weeks. You need to notify the Condo./Property Mgr. and give them a copy of the deed.You need to advise your kids of the yearly costand get their permission first!

Transferring interval weeks

You probably can prepare five different dees,with each one specifying the week of ownershipthat you are transferring. However, I would alsosuggest you study the deed restrictions to makesure there is nothing precluding you from doing this.I strongly suggest you take your paperwork toa real estate attorney and have him or her handle it.
