We have two years remaining on a three year lease. There is a proposed 24-hour internet sweepstakes business asking for special permission to move in next door. We are planning to go to the city commission meeting and fight it. My question is- if it goes through, we know it will kill our business- do we have recourse to break the lease and move our business elsewhere?
