Who can file

If an employee is under their 90 days, can they still file a claim?

Sexual harassment is illegal no matter how long you have worked for a given employer. It should not happen on your first day of work or on your 1000th day of work. Sexual harassment is also illegal during the interview process whether the employee is hired or not hired. If you have any questions you should talk to an attorney you trust.
