Mediation ?
My wife has agreeded to go into mediation we her ex-employer, to try to settle on the four charges she has against him, two with OSHA and two with EEOC.
As her husband , am i allowed to be in on this mediation? (in the same room ), or can i represent her (to get in the room ) as one of her attorneys (Prosy)?. I also worked for the same company and was also fired by him.
The reason i want to be in the same room, is that he (ex-employer) is a very intimidating person and thinks he can do no wrong, plus my wife forgets alot while under all this pressure.

If the employer is so intimidating then why don't you have her retain an attorney?
It would be illegal for you to represent her. You are not an attorney. She either has to represent herself, or she should hire an attorney.
As you are not a party to her complaint, if I was the employer's attorney, I would not permit you to attend the mediation. However, if they let you, then that would be there mistake/problem.
You should schedule a formal consultation with a lawyer. A good means of obtaining an attorney referral is by contacting your State's bar association or your local county bar association. They probably have a web site and charge a nominal fee for the referral. Most attorneys either provide a free initial consultation, or charge a nominal fee.
