Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

sexual harassment by employer

back in march, my daughter's manager on several occasions tried getting her to go out for drinks(she's 19) and continuously made sexual advances and such to her and other employees. This went on for some time. She made mention of it to her district manager after she was let go for not complying with his wishes. How long does she have to file a complaint and suit for his behavior in the State of Florida. (Collier County)

Re: sexual harassment by employer

It would be 300 or 365 days from when the conduct occurred. I handle these types of cases on a contingency basis and would be happy to speak with you or your daughter about it. Who is the employer? Thanks.
