My teacher sent me nasty e-mails. He freaked me out!My school fired him.Myschool wants me to sign a document,but I want a lawyer to see it first.

Have you talked with your parents about this? You need to have them go with you to an attorney who can review the paper the school wants you to sign. Also, if you are under 18, any paper you sign is not legally binding.
