Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

i am currently working for a home health agency in miami. i started work there last december. i am a single parent of 5. my boss constantly looks me up and down and has even grabbed me from behind and shoved his genitals against my butt. he asked me if i wanted to see him him when i replied you are married he said yes but my wife has boyfriends and this is how we are. i have spoken to the other nurses there and they have also told me about the way he looks at them and how he has propositioned them too. what can i do to get proof of this sexual harrassment to take him to court to make him pay for this.
