Sexually Graphice e-mails from supervisor

I have received several e-mails that contain sexual graphic e-mails from my supervisor and i have told his supervisor about it. I also told the corporate offce. I felt that i needed to leave due to this work environment. I wanted to know what steps and who i should contact if i wanted to take this case to court. I have coppies of all e-mails and a documeented history of notice to employer. Who can help me

You need to talk to an employment discrimination lawyer in your area. You can get a lot of background information from the EEOC at www.eeoc.gov. That site will also explain the steps to file a charge of discrimination with the EEOC. In Florida you have 300 days from the date of discrimination to file your charge, but please don't wait until the last momment to do so.
