The other persons car has 1,000 damage and my car which was totaled has $3,000 damage, the other guy told the police that i was speeding to cross, ''which is like suicide''. I later received a ticket in the hospital stating violation of right of way. Am i wrong, due you think i have a case?

It is impossible to pass any judgment or voice an opinion based on a few words written here. Obviously, there are two sides to an accident and each party will have his or her own statement of the case. Present your case to the court and the judge will have to make a decision as to guilt or innocence. If you wish to increase your chances of success, you might wish to retain an attorney to represent you in this matter. The attorney will be better able to present your case to the court.
