Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Driving on a suspended License
I live in the state of Florida were i have had my license suspended. I had 4 driving on susp. offences. Two of which have expired to time. I received yet another Driving on Susp. offence which labels me a habitiual offender. My question is will taking the ajudication withheld plea help keep the habitual offender off and keep from being charged with a felony?

Due to your motor vehicle history I storngly recommend that you retain counsel to handle this matter, especially when potentially we are speaking of a felony.
