involved in car accident, no insurance

my dad was involved in car accident and he did not had insurance. Now the other car insurance, put a lawyer they are charging the damages for their car. If he does not pay the money, they send to suspend my dad my licence. What can he do

He can try to make arrangements to pay for the damages to the other vehcile and driver if injured. If he fails to do so, the State of Florida will suspend his driver's license. He can try to apply for a work permit which gives him the right to drive to and from work each day but nowhere else.
