Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I Have an account with my name and two persons that are now deceased. Stock dividends come into that account. I have no stock numbers or account. I

know they wanted me to have them, but left me with nothing to show. I have death certificates. Do I have any choice? The only will was for the house. I have moved to North Carolina. They have been deceased 2011, 2013. Some stocks are in his name, some in the hers.

You need to contact an attorney. Insufficient information is provided in this summary. How was the "account" titled exactly? survivorship or tenants in common? The will did not only deal with the house, it actually should have dealt with all properties. You need someone to review that as well. The years intervening would make probate easier if necessary.
