If a Will has a co-executor, would he need to be present or have knowledge about an Amendment? Also, if this Amendment is made within weeks of death, (not mentally capable), would this Amendment be legal?

A person named co-executor in a will would not need to be present or have knowledge of subsequent changes made to the will. Any person who makes or changes their will must have the mental capacity to understand what they are doing.
