Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My Dad who lived in Palm Beach Gardens, FL died 2/2010. He had a will and I am to inherit, but my step-mother said she's keeping everything. He was worth between 4-6 million. Is there anything I can do? I have very little money for a Lawyer.

It may be possible, but without looking at how his estate was left it is impossible to know for sure.

What is know is that if you do nothing you will know the result. You will get nothing.

So you should see an attorney. You have a limited period in which to question these matters.

Many lawyers take these matters on a contingency basis. Time is of the essence. You can certainly call me to discuss further.

RUN to the nearest probate attorney and get this matter in court - the longer you wait, the more assets she will spend. With this amount of funds involved, you should have no probblem finding an attornrey who will take this on a payment plan of some sort.
