Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My stepmother divorced my Father in 2004. When he died she acted as executor when she had no legal standing to do so. She ''handled'' everything without any input from me ( I am the oldest child). She lives in a 6 million dollar estate and I did not receive anything from his death. I believe there is a trust but she will not provide a copy.

An executor is appointed by the court. Was their a will?
