Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My Father bought a condo in 2006 during the peak of the market. He passed away in 2007. During probate I filled out the Representatives Deed and turned it in to the Court House. I don't know if I didn't fill out some paper work right, but the mortgage was never put in my name and it doesn't show up on my credit report. At the time I was a college student and had no income, but my grandmother helped me make the payments. Around 2010 she was unable to help, so I quit making the payments and moved out. Now that the property is going in to foreclosure, can the bank come after me for the money, even though the mortgage is not in my name.
