My father died 4/14/2008. He lived and died in Florida. I never saw the will or contested anything his wife of 2 or 3 years got everything. Now I think she may have some money that was rightfully mine. Can I open a probate case? How much, if any, time do I have? Thank You, Steve

Generally speaking, claims against the estate must be brought within two years after the person's death.
