Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

how can i find out if a will was probated. i was suppose to be a petioner in a will for my aunt whi passsed one year ago. a cousin suppose to be executor & to my understanding has not done anything as of yet. how can i find out? thank you

Check with the Clerk of the Court, Probate Department, in the County where your aunt resided. In some counties you can check the Court docket on line to see if a Probate proceeding has been commenced under your aunt's name.
