Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My grandmas will was probated and the trust was given to my aunts. My father was in control of the same trust at the time of his death and gave it to me. But his will was not found until after decisions were made, or withheld, what can I do to get what is rightfully mine? Was that fraud? My grandma said it would go to them so they listened but that's because it was thought that my father had no will, but did. What can I do?

I suggest you take your documents and RUN to the nearest probate/litigation attorney and see what can be done. The longer you wait, the less chance of recovering your inheritance. Most attorneys will not charge you a consultation fee to look over what you have and determine if you have a case.
