My grandmother recently passed and left her house to me my father and my two cusions but my father just passed what happens to his share do i get it or does he lose it,we haven't sold the house by the way.

If your father died before his mother and there is no contrary provision in the will, it falls back to her estate. If he died after, it goes to his estate.
