Do I have any entitlement to a homestead that was left to my deceased husband and his two brothers? My deceased husband left behind two adult children who are my step children.

It would depend on the exact facts-when did you get married,did you live with your husband on his homestead,and was this your address after your marriage.I would suggest you call me or write an response as soon you can.

Need considerably more facts, such as the order of deaths, whether you, your husband, and the property are/were all in Florida, whether wills were involved, etc. I suggest you try rephrasing your question with a lot more information.
