In order to maintain your claim, you have only 30 days from the objection to file a lawsuit against the Estate. This is not a simple procedure and you should consult an attorney as to meeting the rather strict time and procedure deadlines which the law provides.

We handle both probate and general litigation in this Court. Feel free to contact me to discuss some detail of your claim to assess if I may be able to assist you.
