Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have a Life Estate in Florida and rented it out. I believe I am entitled to all Rental Income; however, the Remainderman are trying to claim my Rental Income. I am trying to find the Florida Statute that protect me here.

In most cases a life tenant can rent out his/her ownership interest for their lifetime estate. That can be limited by the conveying document or other documents attendant to that. There is no statutory protection as you ask.
