More information is needed before you personally can be advised what to do - someone else may be the person that needs to take action. Are you a trust beneficiary or current trustee? Whose daughter made the trust? Does the trust state that it is revocable and amendable? If so, by whom and are there any requirements to amend?

Trusts can be revocable or irrevocable. Living trusts are typically drafted to be revocable or amendable through the settlor or creator of the trust, if so, the trust can be amended and re-executed through an attorney. Irrevocable trusts are more difficult to amend, which must be done through the court.
