If the original copy of my mom's will can't be located, will the court accept a copy?

Yes. You will have to prove to them the original is lost.

When a Will is lost there is a presumption that that the maker of the Will has revoked the Will by distroying it. That said, it is sometimes possible to have a copy admitted to probate. You should talk to a probate attorney in your area.
