Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Currently my mother is disabled and I am helping her pay her car payment but if before the vehicle is paid off she happens to die what will happen to the vehicle? Will I be able to keep it? If I continue to make the monthly payments and pay off the vehicle and she than owns the vehicle but is decesed is their a why to transfer the title to my self? I am her primary beneficerary and care giver and we are making me power of attorney as well. She does not want to put me on the loan and I we cannot change the loan with out refinancing which can no longer be done since she is on disability, but she does not want to loose the car because it helps me out by having a brand new vehicle, and she wants to make sure that I receive the car once paid off if she does pass before that time. What is our best way of going about this.

She can make Will to provide for it. If she has nothing else to go through probate, an auto tag store will transfer it on her death, without probate.
