Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I am currently paying child support in Florida. The Child Support Enforcment Agency garnish my wages and tax returns.Unfortunately, my grandmother passed and left me a small amount of money. Can or will the Child Support Enforcement Agency take any of the inheritance?
