Probate fees

Can you provide a general attorney total fee range in dollars or percentage for the following scenario:

- a will is in place with a personal representative named

- all property (home, bank accounts, etc.) is in the name of deceased only

- there is no real estate owned other than home residence

- there is no property, assets, or business owned with other people

The attornaey fee is usually 5 to 7% of the value of the estate plus court expenses. I would be happy to handle the matter. Good luck.
