Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have recently obtained a final Judgment in the amount of approximately $500,000.00 as well as, a court order; Issuance of Arrest Warrant against a Defendant (FL Probate) The Defendant has throughout all proceedings refused to comply with all previous orders. The Defendant will most likely not complete and file the form 1.977. The Defendant has and continues to attempt to avoid service of process by moving to different jurisdictions. It is anticipated the Defendant will try bankruptcy to avoid recovery of estate assets. The Defendant will not be successful in bankruptcy as the estate assets were improperly transferred to the Defendant.

Can or will Florida extradite the defendant back to Florida for enforcement of court orders?

Can or will Law enforcement, outside jurisdictions of Fl. act on writs of attachment to seize Defendants assets? Or is it necessary to file the Judgment in each jurisdiction where the assets are identified and have that court issue orders of attachment?

Just asking?

You will have to domesticate the judgments in the respective states.

Funny how your lawyer did follow through or is it that you did this pro se-- If your defendant does not respond to the 1.977 - then that is a direct order of the court that you can file a contempt/enforcement for. If then he does not appear, you can then have a Writ of Attachment issued - that writ will pick him up and bring him to court and you will be called to appear at that time - if his reasoning is not acceptable to the court then the judge will l. sanction him to jail, 2. force him to purchase a security bond to cover your losses until payment can be secured and 3. bail bond to get out of jail - which doesn't help you but if he disappears whatever he put up for bond he loses or all three and then some. We don't just do to law school to have a plaque on our wall - we EARN WHAT WE DO. Call me, I would love to go after your little law breaking critter.
