Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

He still had a residence in FL, a vehicle registered in FL and his driver's license issued in FL. He endured a very arduouse journey to NJ on 7/27/10 and he died within 15 days of signing a will declaring residency. On those kinds of drugs, what kind of condition do you think he was in?
