I need to know what my rights are about my deceased fathers property and what my rights are. Are you able to assist me with this particular situation?

Your 'rights' will be dependent on whether your father left a Last Will & Testament. If so, that document should state your entitlement. If no Last Testament is in existence, his estate will be distributed per Florida Statute; expenses get paid and remaining goes to surviving heirs. If your father left a will, then the will states who will receive what. So if you were not left anything under his will and the will is valid, you have no right to a share of his estate. If your father died without a will (intestate), then his estate will be divided among his heirs according to state law. The estate will need to be administered in the county where he resided.
