Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Do you need to be specific about a home you have to be included in a will? My inlaws had a will drawn up 10 years ago and have sold and bought property in that time. Do they need to have their will revised to reflect the address of their new home?

Depends on how the original will reads. I would suggest it be reviewed.
