Time frame to claim an inheritance i n Florida

I have never seen the will when my mother died..was told she left everything to him which did not make sense to me...need to force probate if I can obtain a copy of this phantom will?

When did she die? You don't "force" probate -- if there is a will and there are assets, there has to be a probate. Whoever has the will has ten days from the date of death to file it in court. You can ask that person to send you a copy -- a polite certified letter should do it. Then seek a local attorney to advise you as to whether you have grounds to contest the will and whether it is timely. There are time limits so act quickly.
