Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My wife just passed away. We have been married for just over seven years. Some things are titled in my name, some in her name, and some in both our names. We didn't change the titles because it would cost extra money. How do I go about getting the title changes done?

Retain counsel, Probate of her estate assets will need to be done. If you owned it jointly with right of survivorship, you should be able to change title with a death certificate.

You probably do not need a lawyer. Go to the courthouse and see if you can do a family administration that will transfer the title.
