Can a parent disinhierit an adult child in Florida? Will written in 1989. It says all assets go to son(born 1961) that dau (Born 1956)had gotten money during her lifetime. After the will dau was named on ins & 1 bank account but will was never changed although mother left note saying for son to deal fair & honest with his sister.
